Terms of Service
Please read these terms before creating an account or paying for a programme.

1. Who we are
Next Door Tech (“we”, “us”) operates a repair service and Next Door Tech Academy, an online and on-site training platform, from Winneba, Ghana. Contact: support@vektechsolutions.net, +233 55 464 6762.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details when signing up and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for one learner — sharing login details or redistributing course material is not allowed.
3. Courses and access
Module 1 of every programme is free to preview. Remaining modules unlock with an active paid enrolment and, where stated, a passing score on the previous module's knowledge check. Course content may be updated, improved or reordered over time.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Programmes are billed monthly, per course, in Ghana Cedis through our payment provider. Payment extends your access by one month from the due date. If a payment is late, access to paid modules may be paused after a short grace period until the balance is settled. You can stop at any time by not renewing.
5. Acceptable use
The cybersecurity programme teaches techniques for lawful, authorised testing only. Using anything you learn here against systems you do not own or have written permission to test is illegal and will end your enrolment immediately.
6. Content you submit
Work you upload to the Content Studio stays yours. By submitting it you allow us to review it, give feedback, and — only if you agree — feature it in the showcase.
7. Liability and changes
We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific career outcomes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
8. Questions or disputes
Write to support@vektechsolutions.net or call +233 55 464 6762 and we'll work it out with you first. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
