Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, email address, and password, which is stored encrypted by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture.

Learning data: which modules you have completed, quiz scores, streaks, leaderboard points and anything you upload to the Content Studio.

Billing data: which programmes you are enrolled in, amounts, dates and payment references. We never see or store your full card number or mobile money PIN.

To run your account, show your progress, unlock modules, take payment for enrolments, send you receipts and service messages, and improve the courses.

Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure checkout page. They handle your card or mobile money details under their own privacy terms; we only receive a confirmation and a reference.

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with the services that run the platform: hosting and database, authentication, payments and the AI assistant that answers your course questions. Your first name and points appear on the leaderboard for other learners in your programme.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@vektechsolutions.net. Deleting your account removes your progress and submissions; payment records are kept where the law requires.
